My family was on vacation 600 miles away from home when our tire pressure system indicated that we were almost 20 pounds low in our front driver side tire. Five Oaks Tire was just up the road so we pulled in and asked for them to take a look. The tire was promptly checked and as it turns out there was nothing wrong with the tire. They were kind enough to not even charge for their time to check my tire since they couldn't find anything wrong to fix. Thank you very much for helping us out to ensure our safety while on vacation.
We want to thank the staff and mechanics for the prompt, polite, professional service they provided us in repairing the tire that picked up a screw while we were in TN. While another place told us we would need a whole new tire (which would have cost much more and delayed our trip home to MI by another day), Five Oaks said they could repair the tire and their first concern was our safety. They said they wouldn't do any repair unless they were certain that the tire would be safe. It's refreshing to deal with a business that puts customers (even out-of-towners) first.
